01What does CloudGate do?
We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and Fabric Featured Partner. We design, deliver and support Microsoft cloud, data and AI: Azure landing zones and migration, Microsoft Fabric and AI, security, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and managed services afterwards.
02Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. Most engagements start with an assessment, a Microsoft-funded workshop or a time-boxed pilot on your own data, with success criteria agreed up front. You decide whether to go further once you have seen the result.
03Do you support us after go-live?
Yes. Our Managed Services & Support practice covers 24×7 monitoring and operations (NOC), FinOps and regular service reviews under an SLA. If you would rather run it yourselves, we hand over with documentation and training.
04Which industries do you work in?
Banking and financial services, energy and oil & gas, real estate, telecom, manufacturing and government, among others. Our case studies and industry pages show what is most relevant to your sector.
05How do you approach security?
Zero Trust, starting with identity: Conditional Access and MFA in Microsoft Entra ID, then devices, data and workloads with Defender, Purview and Sentinel. Security controls go into the first pilot, not after it.
06How long does a cloud migration take?
It depends on the number of workloads and how many need changing. We start with an assessment in Azure Migrate, which produces a wave plan with timelines for your estate, so the estimate is based on what you have rather than a rule of thumb.
07Where is our data hosted?
In the Azure regions you choose, including UAE North and UAE Central. Some Microsoft services have regional limits; we check them against your residency obligations during design.
08Can Microsoft fund part of the work?
Often, yes. Eligible engagements can receive Microsoft delivery funding (ECIF), Azure credits and Microsoft engineering support. We check eligibility during the first workshop.
09Do you resell Microsoft licenses?
No. We do not sell licensing. We work with the licensing you already have, advise on what your plans cover, and flag where you are paying for capability you do not use.
